If your customer is not satisfied with our products, please allow them to return the product to your store or clinic within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Depending upon the nature of and reason for the return, we may request photograph(s) of the returned item(s). You do not need to return the item(s) to CBD Dog Health. Please contact your account manager if a return occurs. CBD Dog Health will credit your account for the wholesale price of that item or send you a replacement product.
